Alnico Magnet is composed primarily of Aluminum,Nickel,Cobalt,Copper and Iron.
It have very good corrosion resistence and high max working temperature,can reach 600deg.C.
Although other materials offer greater energy and coercivity values,the high remanence and thermal stability of Alnico makes it the most cost effective material for certain applications,like generator,microphone lifting,voltmeters and measuring instruments.
It is widely applied in high stability fields as aerospace,military,automobiles and security system.

Product Details
Customized Shapes: Block, Cylinder/Disc, Ring/Tube, Segment/Tile/Arc/Sector, Special Shapest is mainly used in instrument and apparatus, motors, electroacoustic device, magnetic machinery, etc. AINiCo is comprised of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and iron with varying additions of other elements. There are two different manufacturering process for Alnicoast and Sintered. Cast alnico can be made into many sizes and shapes, whereas sintered alnico is usually restricted to smaller sizes. AINiCo magnetis composed of Auminum,Nicke,Cobalt, and a few transition metals. They have excelent temperature stability, high residual induction, andelativey high energies. AlNiCo manet may be manufactured in complex shapes, such as horseshoes, which is otherwise not possible with other magnet materials. They represent the most versatile magnets available.

Yes, We customize magnets according to your requirements.
Please tell us the size, grade, surface coation and quantity of the magnet, you will get the most reasonable quotation quickly.
Size Tolerance ( +/-0.05mm ) +/-0.01mm is possible
a. Before grinding and cutting, we inspect the magnet tolerance.
b. Before and after coating, we will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.
c. Before delivery, will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.
PS: Product size can be customized. AQL（Acceptable quality standards）
In production, we will keep standard tolerence +/-0.05mm. NOT send you smaller , for example if 20mm in size, we will NOT send you 18.5mm . To be frank, you can not see the difference by eyes.
