Please tell us the size, grade, surface coation and quantity of the magnet, you will get the most reasonable quotation quickly.

Size Tolerance ( +/-0.05mm ) +/-0.01mm is possible

a. Before grinding and cutting, we inspect the magnet tolerance.
b. Before and after coating, we will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.
c. Before delivery, will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.

PS: Product size can be customized. AQL（Acceptable quality standards）

In production, we will keep standard tolerence +/-0.05mm. NOT send you smaller , for example if 20mm in size, we will NOT send you 18.5mm . To be frank, you can not see the difference by eyes.

This triple coating makes magnets much more durable than the more common single nickel plated magnets.

3>Other options of coating are zinc, tin, copper, epoxy,silver and gold.

lf it is a sample. it is packed in plastic bag + carton (according to the actual situation) lf it is a batch order, the default packaging is 8 boxes. that is, one carton contains 8 white boxes, protected by white foam. In order to facilitate international transportation, we will add magnetic separator on the four sides of the carton.

Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge if we have stock, but do not pay the cost of freight.

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

3.How long does it take for production and shipping duration?

For regular magnet orders: 5-7 working days customized items, it would take 7-15 working days or so. Besides, the fastest production time is 3working days for the urgent orders.

4.How does the magnet grade and magnet dimensions (L x W x H) affects the Gauss Level of magnets?

Same magnet size, higher grade with higher gauss;

Same magnet grade, same surface area, the thicker, the higher gauss;
