Yes, We customize magnets according to your requirements.

Please tell us the size, grade, surface coation and quantity of the magnet, you will get the most reasonable quotation quickly.

Size Tolerance ( +/-0.05mm ) +/-0.01mm is possible

a. Before grinding and cutting, we inspect the magnet tolerance.
b. Before and after coating, we will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.
c. Before delivery, will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.

PS: Product size can be customized. AQL（Acceptable quality standards）

In production, we will keep standard tolerence +/-0.05mm. NOT send you smaller , for example if 20mm in size, we will NOT send you 18.5mm . To be frank, you can not see the difference by eyes.

Support all magnet plating , like Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn, Epoxy , Gold, Silver etc.

1>Neodymium magnets are made of Neodymium, Iron and Boron. If left to the elements, the iron in magnet will rust.

To protect the magnet from corrosion and to strengthen the brittle magnet material, it is usually preferable for the

magnet to be coated.

2>There are a variety of options for coatings, but nickel is the most common and usually preferred. Our nickel plated magnets are actually triple plated with layers of nickel, copper, and nickel again. This triple coating makes magnets much more durable than the more common single nickel plated magnets.

3>Other options of coating are zinc, tin, copper, epoxy,silver and gold.

1.If I stick two neodymium magnets together, does their strength double?

No. It will a little smaller. For example, two magnets rated with a individual pulling force of 50 lbs will have a combined pulling force of 90 lbs when stick together.

2.Do neodymium magnets lose strength over time?

They don'tnaturally lose any strength and will keep the strength permanently in the normal conditions, unless meet the high temperature over 80 degrees Celsius(℃), and then will lose the strength gradually.

3. What materials do magnets attract?

Ferromagnetic materials are strongly attracted by a magnetic force. The elements iron (Fe), nickel (Ni), and cobalt (Co) are themost commonly available elements. Steel is ferromagnetic because it is an alloy of iron and other metals.
