RCYD Self-cleaning Permanent Magnetic Separators for belt conveyor is made up with permanent magnetic chip , iron-discharging belt, reducer, frame and roller etc. and can match with all kinds of conveyors.
It is used to eliminate the ferromagnetic material weighing from 0.1kg to 35kg .we adopt the computerized simulating and make it still work in the harsh environment for a long period.
The magnetic separators adopts computer simulation design, perfect double magnetic pole structure, high magnetic field strength,large gradient and large suction force.High-performance NdFeB is used as the magnetic source, the magnetic energy product is high, and it is not easy to demagnetize.The demagnetization is less than 5% in ten years.
The waist drum-shaped drum structure has automatic rectification function, fully sealed bearing seat, good sealing performance,and can adapt to various harsh environments.The belt is automatically unloaded to ensure long-term trouble-free continuous operation.The control part can be interlocked with the belt conveyor to realize local manual control and centralized control.
