There is 9 step for the processing to assure the product quality
Raw material incoming-warehouse inspection-cutting inspection-plating-magnetizing-full inspection(temperature test, SST test, magnetic flux meter)-package

Magnet size check

We use the high precision calipers on the market to ensure the accuracy of the size. The normal size tolerance is :+/-0.05mm, +/-0.1mm

Magnets to distinguish N or S

there is three options:
1.mark red line on magnet (cheapest way); 2.dot (permanent way); 3.Laser engraving N or S (permanent way)

It depends on your situation, but the red line is the most convenient and cost-effective way to do it
